- Schedule callback appointments for interested businesses with our senior sales team
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all conversations and interested leads using provided tools (e.g., Google Spreadsheets)
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, providing them with qualified leads and valuable insights
- Adapt your communication style to suit different types of businesses and decision-makers
- Stay updated on industry trends and our client’s service offerings to provide informed and valuable interactions
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and online collaboration tools
- Keen interest in financial technology and willingness to learn about payment processing systems
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to make calls during U.S. business hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate lead management
- Positive attitude and resilience, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout multiple client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered
