This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 9:00AM-1:00PM California Time

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage sales, expenses, and profit-and-loss details in QuickBooks.
  • Accurately categorize receipts and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and provide detailed weekly profit-and-loss reports.
  • Generate monthly profit-and-loss statements, both for the overall business and for specific job costings on larger projects.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with any audits or financial reviews as needed.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and categorization.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit-and-loss reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting schedules to be determined based on business needs.
