Job Description:
We are looking for an empathetic and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, youβll deliver outstanding, personable service across various platforms, ensuring customers feel valued and understood. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, organized, and capable of adapting to a brand voice that reflects our values, particularly those rooted in Christian principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email, Messenger chat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Discord.
- Manage support tickets across multiple channels with responsiveness and empathy.
- Represent the brandβs voice with a customer-first approach.
- Occasionally manage phone calls as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining alignment with the brand's values.
Requirements - Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience handling customer queries via email and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Discord).
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion in customer interactions.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems (e.g., Gorgias).
- High level of responsiveness and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have (potentially transition to FT):
- Experience with eCommerce logistics and supplier communication (e.g., WeChat).
- Familiarity with Canva for creating customer engagement visuals.
- Basic understanding of social media/influencer marketing and email marketing.
- Knowledge of media buying and how it relates to customer support.
