You will play a vital role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all necessary components to ensure seamless event execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics are accounted for.
  • Schedule and manage vendors, venues, catering, and other event-related services.
  • Organize and oversee the setup of all necessary event components remotely.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and logistics plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure event requirements and goals are met.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for event needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors and team members throughout the planning process.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, logistics, and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
