Integrated Health Adjunct Faculty

Duties and Responsibilities

• 100% - Serve as an adjunct for the Integrative Health programs - (Essential)
• 100% - Facilitate online courses in Integrative Health - (Essential)
• 100% - Attend adjunct meetings per the program director - (Essential)
• 100% - Evaluate student work through timely and meaningful feedback - (Essential)
• 100% - Provide oversight to program director regarding Integrative Health best practices - (Essential)
• 100% - Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of the Division of Nursing and/or Associate Dean with oversight of the integrative health program(s). - (Essential)

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• Master's Degree in Integrative Health related field required
• PhD or Doctorate in related field preferred

Experience

• Experience teaching using an online modality
• Substantial evidence of effective Integrative Health practices
• An appreciation for the interests of working adults
• An awareness of higher education academic and administrative processes with an understanding of public health certification process
• A solid track record as a collaborative leader with effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and a strong interest in realizing IWU's institutional learning outcomes
