Hands-on Laravel Development: Be our go-to expert for Laravel, driving our software to the next level.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop automated tests and ensure the robustness and scalability of our software.

Code Refactoring: Dive into an existing codebase with challenges, reduce technical debt, and implement best practices.

Mentoring: Support and guide junior developers with code reviews, technical coaching, and structured feedback.

Process Optimization: Improve workflows and help us enhance our development efficiency.

Bug Fixing & Feature Development: Tackle everything from debugging to implementing new features.

Laravel Expertise: You’re a seasoned developer with at least 5 years of Laravel and PHP experience, capable of handling complex projects with ease.

Testing & Code Quality: You excel at automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit) and prioritize clean, maintainable code.

Refactoring Mastery: Tackling outdated codebases and reducing technical debt is second nature to you.

Mentorship Skills: You’re a team player who thrives on helping juniors grow with constructive feedback and clear guidance.

Efficiency & Transparency: You’re organized, reliable, and committed to documenting and communicating progress clearly.

Flexible Work: Work 100% remotely, whenever and wherever you want. Early mornings or late nights – you set your schedule.
