Responsibilities
- Dive deep into TikTok’s ecosystem to uncover potential brand collaboration opportunities, staying ahead of trends and identifying companies actively engaged in influencer marketing
- Craft and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email to connect with decision-makers at target companies, presenting compelling collaboration proposals
- Act as the initial point of contact for potential brand partners, skillfully introducing our client’s influencer portfolio and showcasing the value of potential collaborations
- Collaborate closely with talent agents to understand influencer profiles and match them with suitable brand opportunities
- Occasionally participate in follow-up calls or virtual meetings to discuss collaboration possibilities further and address any questions from potential partners
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and track outreach efforts using provided tools and systems
- Contribute to the development of outreach strategies and best practices to improve lead generation efforts continually
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in email communication and outreach strategies
- In-depth understanding of influencer marketing trends, brand collaborations, and the social media landscape, particularly on TikTok
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a flexible, part-time role
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships virtually
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and marketing trends
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus
