This is a remote position.
The Part-Time Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical training company and/or Microsoft partner companies, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the technical training industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Must be able to work and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English without a strong accent.
- Excellent listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet regularly with directors and agree on marketing and business development plans.
- Hands-on approach to implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in managing pay-per-click campaigns.
- Effective communication skills for calling and messaging potential clients.
- Proficiency in maintaining leads and customer data in databases and CRM tools.
- Creativity in creating and posting adverts and articles on social media platforms.
- Technical skills for updating the company website through a content management system.β
