About the Show:
🎙️ The MENA Startup Show is a podcast and YouTube series that explores the real challenges and true reasons behind the growth and success of startups in MENA, featuring raw, honest conversations and practical lessons from founders and builders.
🎬 Hosted by Samer Bejjani, a founder, growth marketer, and angel investor with 15 years of experience helping startups grow and currently scaling a profitable startup studio.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and polish video and audio edits to remove mistakes and ensure smooth, engaging content.
- Collaborate with the editor to improve clarity and make the episodes flow seamlessly.
- Highlight key moments for social media to maximize reach.
- Develop trailers, teasers, and clips that promote each episode across platforms.
- Perform final quality checks for technical and content consistency.
- Publish episodes on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and our website, ensuring accurate formatting and metadata.
- Work with the Producer, Editor, and Content Manager to align with the show's vision and goals.
- Provide feedback to improve the content and production process.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in video and audio editing, ideally for podcasts or digital content.
- Familiarity with and curiosity about entrepreneurship and startup dynamics.
- Strong skills with software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to tell engaging stories through editing.
- Understanding of social media platforms and what content drives distribution and engagement.
