Netafim is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter
This is a replacement position is for 6-8 months and ~ 50-60% role (2-3 days a week), suitable also for a student.
Description:
- Responsible for the Talent Acquisition recruitment process from A-Z, primarily focusing on recruitment for production plants and manufacturing positions in Israel.
- Work with and support the global talent acquisition director in local and global projects.
- Support and take part in the other TA domains: employer brand, diversity and mobility as necessary.
- Design, plan, and execute selection processes (conduct interviews, screening calls, Reliability tests etc.) While following Netafim's hiring processes and procedures.
- Develop efficient sourcing tools and methods.
- Work closely with and update the internal hiring system and other tools.
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and bring “out of the box” solutions.
- Keep and improve the best candidates' experience.
- Attend career and academic fairs, and similar events.
- Be an active member of the recruitment team, providing backup, support, and collaboration with colleagues.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBP, supporting and advising them at every stage of the TA process.
- Keep your own and the team's recruiting KPIs.
Qualifications:
- BA (or current student) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment in an agency or within a global organization.
- Experience with manufacturing roles.
- Experience in full talent acquisition lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
- Proficient in the use of social media, headhunting tools and job boards
- Understanding of selection methods and techniques
- Excellent English level: verbal, reading and writing.
Skills:
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively on multiple assignments in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and to effectively organize workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Capability in working at a dynamic environment and under pressure
