Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Designer to assist clients in planning and booking their ideal trips. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel products, destinations, and a passion for creating tailored travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
  

• Customized Itineraries: Create and manage detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all aspects of the trip are carefully planned and meet the client's expectations.
  

• Booking and Reservations: Handle all booking processes, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements. Ensure accurate and timely reservations.
  

• Problem Solving: Provide support to clients before, during, and after their travels. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise, offering solutions to ensure a smooth experience.
  

• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel restrictions, and destination updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  

• Sales and Promotions: Promote special offers, travel packages, and exclusive deals to clients. Cross-sell and upsell additional services and experiences.
  

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Strive for repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience as a Travel Advisor or similar role, preferably in the luxury travel sector.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)prefered but not required.
  

• Skills:
  

  • Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, accommodation, and transportation options.
    
  • Proficiency with booking systems (e.g., GDS, Sabre, Amadeus).
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
    

• Bonus: Experience with group travel planning, corporate travel, or specialized travel niches.
