Job Description:

   As an outside sales representative at Synergy Companies, you will be a key player in our mission to drive growth and expansion. The role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while building your career in a rapidly evolving industry. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities fostering lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship building:Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding support. 
  • In-home sales: Work closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and  objectives.
  • Acquiring new business: Engage in lead generation by finding relevant prospects and engaging potential buyers, supplemented by our dedicated marketing team.
  • Cross-selling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

The first year's earnings potential ranges from $45,000 - $105,000 (OTE), Varying based on performance with uncapped commissions. With a wide range of products and services, cross selling to previous customers can naturally increase your annualized income.

Preferred skills, abilities , experience:

  • At least 2 years proven  experience in business development, sales, account management or related college major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of sales process
  • Highly persuasive with honest work and business ethics
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Previous energy industry  experience a plus
