DESCRIPTION

We seek Christ-centered professionals to join a team of disciplined and talented superstars committed to working together to accomplish our mission. The part-time Partner Care Associate’s (“PCA”) main objective is to develop sincere and caring relationships with Pathway to Victory (“PTV”) donors. The PCA is the personal and ministering touch between PTV and its donor partners.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work to master and personalize the provided script during phone conversations and provide improvements to the script based on ongoing experience
  • Contact assigned donors to express appreciation for their gifts, ask for any prayer requests, and actively pray with and for them, reactivate lapsed donors, enlist recurring donors, and occasionally invite donors to make a gift to an important new initiative
  • Pray with donors when requested or when it is appropriate
  • Learn and incorporate a monthly briefing about Pathway to Victory into partner phone conversations
  • Participate in training to help improve phone communication skills and service to donors. This may include recording phone calls
  • Express appreciation to donors via daily phone calls and send thank you notes (as needed).
  • Maintain complete records in the donor database (Aegis), including any special instructions, personal/family details, or any information that would be helpful in future communication with the donor
  • Update donor contact information in the database (addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.)
  • Assist the donors with resources, problem-solving, or fulfillment (as needed)
  • Meet weekly with the PCA team to problem-solve and plan for upcoming outreach initiatives
  • Attend all essential on-site and virtual staff gatherings as outlined by the Partner Care Manager, the Director of Pathway to Victory, and/or the church’s Executive Pastoral staff
  • Submit weekly reports with a basic analysis of donor relations to the Partner Care Manager
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Partner Care Manager and/or the Director of Pathway to Victory

Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)

  • Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to Operating Principles
  • Must have excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Professional appearance and phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Flexible and willing to pivot when alternate assignments are presented
  • Highly ethical and able to process sensitive and confidential information
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good command of email communication processes and Microsoft calendaring

Physical

  • Available to work (remotely and occasionally on campus Monday through Friday) and able to connect with donors during the evening hours.  Expected Hours: 25 – 29 hours per week
  • Must provide a quiet work atmosphere with limited distractions.
  • Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, and keying.
  • Extensive hours of phone communication, writing, and computer screen time.
