Part-Time Remote Receptionist/Administrator (20 Hours/Week)

Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $21 - $22 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Part-Time Remote Receptionist/Administrator to manage inbound calls, assist with client escalations, and ensure seamless communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable using ATS, CRM, AND/OR HRIS systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

  • De-escalate client concerns over the phone and route issues to the appropriate team members.

  • Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining company policies and procedures.

  • Accurately document call details and follow up on outstanding issues.

  • Navigate ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms to manage client information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively.

  • Proficiency in navigating ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems (experience with specific platforms is a plus).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
