Pay: $21 - $22 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Handle all inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
De-escalate client concerns over the phone and route issues to the appropriate team members.
Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining company policies and procedures.
Accurately document call details and follow up on outstanding issues.
Navigate ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms to manage client information.
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
Proficiency in navigating ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
