    Job Description

    Customer Support and Experience Responsibilities:

    1. Handling Customer Queries: Manage customer inquiries primarily through calls, serving as the main point of contact for the customer support number.

    2. Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers or students upon request for user interviews, feedback collection, or other engagement purposes.

    3. Multi-channel Query Management: Effectively manage and respond to customer queries across social media, email, and chatbot platforms, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

    Operational Responsibilities:

    1. Recurring Operational Tasks: Execute routine operational activities such as student onboarding and class scheduling, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

    2. Goal & KPI Reporting: Provide daily reporting on company-wide goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), for company-wide alignmentt.Β 

    3. Ad Hoc Task Management: Address ad hoc operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

    Qualifications

    1. Availability: Able to commit to working 24 hours per week, demonstrating reliability and consistency in meeting work commitments.

    2. Technical Requirements: Possesses a solid internet connection and a personal computer with decent configuration to ensure smooth remote work operations. Plus,Β Equipped with a smartphone featuring an extra SIM slot dedicated to the support number and a WhatsApp Business account for efficient communication.

    3. Preferred Work Hours: Availability during evening to night hours, with a preference for working during these times rather than in the morning or afternoon.

    4. Proficiency in GSuite: Demonstrates decent knowledge and proficiency in GSuite applications, particularly in Spreadsheet and Docs, to effectively utilize these tools for work tasks.

    5. Educational Background: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at a reputed university,

    Compensation:Β The total compensation amounts to BDT 10,000 per month, comprising a base salary of BDT 8,000 and an additional BDT 2,000 allocated for performance-based incentives as per the evaluation report.
