We are hiring a young and talented candidate to work as a Social Media Assistant for our Marketing company.

As a Social Media manager Assistant, you will be responsible for developing plans and strategies for our social media platforms along with our Social Media Specialist. You will also be responsible for creating social media campaigns as per the requirements.

This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with various clients across diverse industries.

You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance the clients' online presence and engagement.

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to our clients' goals and target audiences.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective social media strategies.

Creating content that attracts the attention of the target audience.

Scheduling social media posts as per the plan.

Monitoring social media metrics and KPIs regularly.

Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts.

Managing social media communication on time.

Requirements:

Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment.

Problem-Solving: Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client needs and time zones.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
