Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking versatile Stage Team Members with superior organization and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through. The ideal candidate will have outstanding internal and external customer service skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team on deadline-critical projects. You should be able to juggle multiple projects and demands simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential, along with critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. The candidate should be able to recommend new procedures where appropriate while adhering to current policies, procedures, and best practices. IMPORTANT POSITION EXPECTATIONS
Individuals will work from mid-January through May, with the possibility of extension for our National Finals through mid-July. Individuals must reside in reasonable proximity to a US international airport and have the flexibility to travel 8-12 weekends, departing as early as Thursday morning and returning home as late as Monday evening for all regional events. All incoming event staff will be required to attend an audition prior to being offered an agreement for the 2025 touring season.
