Status: Graduate Student Assistant
General Description: The STARS (Success in Transfer & Retention for Students) Mentorship program's mission is to guide and support undergraduate students in their pursuit of a bachelor's degree at NDNU. Peer Mentors are tasked with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create a caring space, and provide social-emotional support to undergraduate students. The STARS Mentorship program creates a rich learning environment which includes non-cognitive development and leadership opportunities. This is a remote-friendly position.
