You will be involved in the development and operation of our proprietary product, which has a long track record and is used by numerous customers. Your mission will be to maintain the system's stable operation while continuously improving it to make the service more user-friendly for a wider audience. This position involves enhancing the quality of the current product and addressing technical challenges. You will work on challenges specific to communication domains, such as handling large-scale data (e.g., chat log data exceeding 100 million records) and designing and operating systems capable of withstanding loads from tens of thousands to millions of users accessing and distributing data. Our company has established a global development framework, and collaboration with engineers at our Japan, India, and Philippines offices is currently accelerating.
