  • You ensure the operation and continuous improvement of our integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Occupational Health and Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility).
  • You inform our senior management regarding the performance of our integrated management system and support the management review.
  • You are responsible for the planning and conduction of internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
  • You promote awareness among employees and coordinate respective training measures on the topic of quality (ISO 9001) and information security (ISO 27001).
  • You act as a contact person for internal and external enquiries regarding our integrated management system.
  • You ensure conformity of our quality management documentation.

Education and training

  • University degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable professional experience.
  • Ideally at least 10 years of practical experience in the management of integrated management systems as well as the conduction of respective audits.

Special knowledge

  • Auditor according to ISO 9001, ISO 19011. Audit experiences according to ISO 27001 would be an asset.
  • Quality Management Officer,
  • Experience in process management/process design,
  • Good project management skills,
  • Experience in conducting risk scenario analyses.

  • Training as business continuity manager.

Software knowledge

  • Office programs (e.g. MS Office),
  • Collaborative project management software (e.g. OpenProject),
  • Interactive management system software (orgavision).

Languages

  • English fluently, with the capability to present even complicated topics in a way that is easy to understand.
