Remote Mental Health Therapist

Pay: $45.00 - 55.00 per hour (DOE) Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LICSW)

Schedule: 3 pm - 9 pm CDT (10-20 hours per week guaranteed, depending on state licensure) Part-time

• Primary responsibilities include individual and family therapy, curating individualized treatment plans, reviewing outcomes, and completing concurrent review notes
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients, as needed
• Lead IOP group sessions, as needed
• Work alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and results

• Full Clinical Licensure in D.C.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities is preferred.
• Well versed in DBT, TF-CBT and/or ERP and confident integrating them into your treatment approach
• Ability to work within a collaborative team environment alongside other care providers.
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
• Experience delivering therapy over video strongly desired
• Ability to work between 10-20 hours per week during program hours
